Hole by Hole
Tee Off
Hole 1
Hole 1 is no warm-up. Playing up to 398 yards from the tips, it’s the number one handicap hole for good reason. A creek demands precision off the tee, and the green is heavily guarded in front and back. Miss long? You’re flirting with out-of-bounds and a neighborhood driveway. Ben Reiter, PGA pro and GM, calls it one of the toughest starting holes around—par here is an accomplishment.
- Yardage: 398 (Black), 380 (Blue), 344 (White), 294 (Red)
- Par: 4 | Handicap: 1
Holes 2 to 4 - Strategy Required
Hole 2, a par 5 stretching to 547 yards, requires a smart tee shot and a careful second swing—hazards hug the left and OB lurks right.
Hole 3, the first par 3, features a large green and front bunkers, but a miss long leaves a tough chip.
Hole 4 is the local favorite—water left, trees right, and a green that rewards a well-placed approach.
- Hole 2 Par 5 | Yardage: 547 (Black)
- Hole 3 Par 3 | Yardage: 194 (Black), 148 (White), 112 (Red)
- Hole 4 Par 4 | Yardage: 413 (Black), 354 (White), 325 (Red)
Hole 5 to 6 - Risk & Reward - Signature Shots
Hole 5 is the easiest on the card—but not without its traps. A wide fairway and reachable green offer scoring chances, though bunkers are perfectly placed to catch misfires.
Hole 6, the members’ favorite, hugs a large irrigation pond. From elevated tees, you’ll decide whether to take the risk and go for the green or lay up safely.
- Hole 5 Par 5 | Yardage: 494 (Black), 414 (White), 402 (Red)
- Hole 6 Par 4 | Yardage: 372 (Black), 269 (White), 223 (Red)
Hole 7 - Precision Matters - Short Game on Display
Hole 7 is a tighter par 3, known to give out the most hole-in-ones—especially when the pin is centered on the funneled green. Wind exposure makes club selection critical.
- Hole 7 Par 3 | Yardage: 175 (Black), 107 (White), 84 (Red)
- Handicap: 8
Hole 8 to 9 - The Final Push - Finish Strong
Hole 8 is a test of control with a pond in play and undulating greens.
Hole 9, the closer, is a memorable finisher. A narrow tree-lined tee shot funnels into a long green protected by sand up front and sloping edges. Shaping a draw off the tee is the ideal play, with a solid approach setting up a great finish.
- Hole 8 Par 4 | Yardage: 400 (Black), 333 (White), 316 (Red)
- Hole 9 Par 4 | Yardage: 376 (Black), 277 (White), 256 (Red)
